The company is established and commences production of automated cleaning systems for metal parts and work pieces in Hallein near Salzburg. Initially opened as a one person enterprise, before long the company develops to become a future-oriented business.
Purchase of a new factory hall about 15 km south of Salzburg to accommodate the company’s economic development.
The existing production hall in Hallein is further extended, the entire business is relocated.
Extension of the business to include machine and custom system construction.
The company’s high quality awareness, realistic cost-mindedness and breaking new ground in conception, design and production is rewarded with the Austrian State Award.
Takeover and continued production of BUPI CLEANER® cleaning systems by BUPI Golser Maschinenbau GmbH.
The company is passed down to the second generation of the Golser family, thus becoming an innovative family business.
BUPI Golser is certified as a specialist company in accordance with § 19i WHG (federal water resources law). Meanwhile, 30 employees produce about 150 systems per year.
BUPI Golser introduces a new and particularly compact series to the market of decentralised part cleaning.
BUPI Golser receives certification to ISO 9001:2000. The ISO 9001 quality management standard is the most widespread and the most significant quality management standard nationally and internationally. It defines minimum requirements to a quality management system to be implemented by the company. This ensures for instance transparency of internal processes and helps lower error rates.
In co-operation with Kiska Design and the Formschluss design studio based in Gmunden, a new design is introduced and implemented in the existing standard cleaning systems.
The first of the newly designed POWERTEC systems with new technology is shipped to its customer.
BUPI Golser rearranges its activities on the German market, extending the network of representatives there.
BUPI Golser ranks among the market leaders in industrial part cleaning. Proven standard cleaning systems and custom designs are exported to more than 50 countries across the globe.
Massive investments at the Hallein site and in production process optimisation include the erection of testing facilities in Austria and Southern Germany as well as the world’s first mobile testing facility for cleaning systems.
