1.1.2 Feeder carriage (only for lifting gate versions)

External number
1.1.2

The feeder carriage is aligned using centring aids mounted at the housing of the lifting gate cleaning plant and locked by throwing the locking lever near the water gutter.

1.1.3 Unloading trestle with transfer table (only for lifting gate versions)

External number
1.1.3

The unloading trestle with a manually operated transfer table is placed in front of the lifting gate cleaning plant to which it is screwed. It serves as the base for the roller carriage as it is drawn out of the cleaning chamber onto the transfer table. The transfer table has two roller carriage positions both of which are shifted laterally in parallel. The assembly includes a second roller carriage.

1.1.3.1 Unloading trestle with 2 transfer tables and central ascent to the cleaning plant

External number
1.1.3.1

The unloading trestle with 2 loading stations is placed transversely in front of the cleaning chamber and screwed to it. Between the left and right loading stations, there is an alley on which a person can walk pushing the roller carriage into the cleaning plant for loading. The central ascent has a bottom drip pan with an inserted grid.

1.1.4 Level control with 3-rod level electrodes – cleaning tank

External number
1.1.4

Level control is performed using level electrodes with two switching points triggering a solenoid valve with an upstream strainer. Dry running of the pump and of the electric heater is prevented.

1.1.4.1 Level control with 3rodlevel electrodes – rinsing water tank

External number
1.1.4.1

Level control is performed using level electrodes with two switching points triggering a solenoid valve with an upstream strainer.
Dry running of the pump and of the electric heater is prevented.

1.1.4.2 Level control with 3rodlevel electrodes – finishing rinse

External number
1.1.4.2

Level control is performed using level electrodes with two switching points triggering a solenoid valve with an upstream strainer.
Dry running of the pump and of the electric heater is prevented.

1.1.5 Level control with float switch – cleaning tank

External number
1.1.5

Level control is performed using a float switch with two switching points triggering a solenoid valve with an upstream strainer. Dry running of the pump and of the electric heater is prevented.

1.1.5.a Level control with float switch – rinsing water tank

External number
1.1.5.a

Level control is performed using a float switch with two switching points triggering a solenoid valve with an upstream strainer. Dry running of the pump and of the electric heater is prevented.

1.1.5.b Level control with float switch – finishing rinse

External number
1.1.5.b

Level control is performed using a float switch with two switching points triggering a solenoid valve with an upstream strainer.
Dry running of the pump and of the electric heater is prevented.

1.1.5.1 Level control via tuning fork switch with automatic fresh water feed – cleaning agent tank

External number
1.1.5.1

Level control is performed using a float switch with two switching points triggering a solenoid valve with an upstream strainer. Dry running of the pump and of the electric heater is prevented.
