1.1.25 Fine rinsing with DI water

External number
1.1.25

The parts to clean are sprayed on from above, below and from the sides through a fix-mounted spraying system with screwed in flat jet nozzles. They are supplied from a heated storage tank.

1.1.26 Upper nozzle pipe for cleaning – manually height adjustable

External number
1.1.26

The upper nozzle pipe is guided on a shaped tube and fastened with a snap-in locking device. The height-adjustable nozzle pipe is attached to the vertical nozzle pipe.

1.1.26.1 Upper nozzle pipe for rinsing – manually height adjustable

External number
1.1.26.1

The upper nozzle pipe is guided on a shaped tube and fastened with a snap-in locking device. The height-adjustable nozzle pipe is attached to the vertical nozzle pipe.

1.1.26.2 Upper nozzle pipe for blow-drying – manually height adjustable

External number
1.1.26.2

The upper nozzle pipe is guided on a shaped tube and fastened with a snap-in locking device. The height-adjustable nozzle pipe is attached to the vertical nozzle pipe.

1.1.27 Pluggable grid limiters

External number
1.1.27

The pluggable grid limiters protect the parts to clean against slipping on the grid.

1.1.28 Three phase oil separator

External number
1.1.28

The three phase oil separator serves for separating liquids with different densities and of solid material from contaminated liquids. The combined effects of gravitational forces and the coalescence effect result in minimal residual concentrations.

1.1.29 MDF Micro-Rotary Filter

External number
1.1.29

The MDF Micro-Rotary filter serves for separating solid material and liquids in the full stream filtration.

1.1.30 Cascading control PRO 2-tank – rinsing => cleaning via descent

External number
1.1.30

Water replenishment for the cleaning tank and the rinsing tank happens solely through the feed valve of the rinsing water tank. Water flows into the rinsing water tank and subsequently over a cascade to the cleaning agent tank.

1.1.31 Cascading control PREMIUM 3-tank – finishing rinse => rinsing => cleaning via descent

External number
1.1.31

Water replenishment for the cleaning tank, the rinsing tank and the finishing rinse happens solely through the feed valve of the finishing rinse water tank. Water flows into the finishing rinse water tank, then over a cascade to the rinsing water tank and subsequently to the cleaning agent tank.

1.1.32 Pulsed compressed air drying / blowing

External number
1.1.32

The nozzle pipe system for pulsed compressed air drying / blowing of the parts to clean following the final wet process facilitates an improved drying process. During the blowing process, the turntable rotates. Compressed air is supplied through an pulse solenoid valve. This results in a reduction of energy consumption and improves blowing performance.
