Grundfos pumps
When cleaning parts and containers in BUPI CLEANER® cleaning systems, liquids must be moved in a well-dosed and targeted manner. The quality of the cleaning processes and the reliability of the systems over a very long service life are largely determined by the pumps used. BUPI Golser is happy to rely on the extensive, space-saving and energy-efficient portfolio of immersion, standard and close-coupled pumps from Grundfos. Particularly economical in operation, they make an important contribution to reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO). In addition, the worldwide Grundfos service network is available to our customers in the event of an emergency.
rtg cleantec GmbH
The RTG system developed by rtg cleantec removes particles and contaminants from the cleaning system. The system, which can be integrated into any BUPI CLEANER® system, guarantees rapid discharge of the contaminants that have entered the system, such as particles, tinsel, chips and oils. In the RTG coalescence separator, oil is reliably separated from the water, discharged fully automatically from the cleaning machine and disposed of. The fully automatic control of the chemical dosing keeps the bath concentration stable and guarantees a consistent quality of the cleaning medium. The RTG system significantly reduces the bath change intervals, thereby minimising downtime, reducing operating costs, increasing quality (minimising particles) and saving chemicals.

They are one of the foundations for the flexible and economical operation of our plants.
